Trade Show Table Covers

Trade show table covers are the perfect way to turn an ordinary table into a brilliant selling space and the perfect way to advertise your company, its products and services. Having a good table cover will greatly enhance the look of the table top pop up displays you place on your table. Unless you have your own tables for your trade show exhibits, you have to rely on what the organisers give you, these can be very tatty and scruffy because they have been used so many times at the trade show venue and will do nothing for the look of your stand unless you cover it.

Trade show table covers that have been custom printed really do give your stand a head-start over the competition. There are full table covers, with flat fronts, table runners and skirts, all of which can be printed with images, logos and slogans to instantly communicate to passers-by, who you are and what you do and invite them to stop at your stand. They will hugely increase your advertising area on a small stand, or at a small show where your stand is the table itself, by providing the opportunity to use the front and sometimes the sides of your table to present a brilliant graphic image on the fabric.

dye sublimation printed trade show table coversYou can get these printed using a dye sublimation process that makes the graphic very bright, crystal clear and photo-quality. The cloths themselves are very hard-wearing and the image is imprinted right into the cloth so it will not get scuffed or fade. They look far more professional than a plain table cover with posters pinned or stuck to the front – though even that is better than nothing.

Another great advantage in a small space that by ‘boxing in’ your table with a cover, you gain a large amount of storage space for all the literature, samples, trade show give-aways and other clutter that is an inevitable part of trade show exhibiting. By having all this stowed away, safely out of site, you present a much more professional exhibit to your customers and potential customers.

stretch trade show table coversWhen purchasing your covers, look for good quality material, dye sublimation process printing and choose whether you would like a cover to go over the whole table (including the back) or just the front and sides. There are many sizes available as standard in square, rectangular and round tables and these are the least expensive options. Custom shapes are also available but obviously cost more. The new, ‘spandex’ stretch table covers are another option which shows off  any printed graphic on tensioned fabric which can look stunning.

Good Trade show table covers really will give you the edge and the ‘wow’ factor in a very competitive world where everyone is trying to get an ‘edge’ on the competition! They make the perfect base for your table top displays which, if you get them printed by the same company can present a really cohesive theme and look slick and professional as well as eye-catching.

  1. I am glad to stumble upon this blog. Actually I have been trying to make one similar to this too, though I am not sure how to do it. How exactly is this “blogging” platform? Is it easy to learn? Must I be versatile in computers to make a blog? I want to make a similar blog for my learn english writing writing website. Can WordPress be placed into a current website?
