Sleek and stylish, finished in anodised silver with charcoal grey end caps, the Barracuda features a telescopic pole which twists and locks into place securely and stows away as an integral part of the base unit when not in use.
It has an excellent record for being robust and reliable, the mechanical components are hard wearing and the stand has a special feature, a ratchet tensioner which allows the tension of the banner to be tightened once erected so that the edges will not curl. This gives the advantage over many other makes of banner stand for whom, this can be a problem as the pre-tensioning weakens over time. This stand does not need to go back to the supplier for re-tensioning and the ratchet allows stiff fabrics to be used just as easily as more flimsy ones.
A slide-in graphic system which stores the graphic safely within the base cassette or graphic housing and graphics banners of up to 450 microns in thickness can be used with this stand. The graphics cassette forms a large and stable base for the stand without the need for protruding feet that can be a trip hazard on a busy stand.
When not in use, everything stows away in a neat foam padded carry bag for storage and transportation and which is supplied with the stand. The stand is very lightweight, weighing only fifteen pounds including the banner (twelve pounds without). There is a lifetime warranty on the stand frame.
The stand can be fully assembled in less than a minute and the height of the graphic is adjustable using the telescopic pole for anything between 30” and 84” making this stand suitable for a table top display as well as a floor standing one.
